The Arnett Beta Club is hosting a Snowball Dance for PK-5th grades and a Winter Ball for 6th-12th grades on Saturday, January 18th.
Basketball vs. Hammon tonight. 3&4 Skills and Drills at 4:30. HS JV Boys at 5:15. Varsity Girls begin at 6:30 with boys following.
This week's Farmer's and Merchant's Bank "Banking on a Wildcat" goes to Coach Drew Miller. The student's had a lot of votes, as well as the teacher's and they had this to say about him: "Coach Miller has been a wonderful addition to Arnett. His dedication to his students and teams is unmatched. The student's love the respect he has for them and appreciate him raising the bar for success. He's so intense and his positive energy fuels those around him. He treats everyone like his own and we love him for it." Congratulations, Coach Miller!
Thursday night is the Arnett Elementary Christmas Program. It begins at 7 pm. 3rd thru 6th grade needs to be in the music room at 6:45; 1st & 2nd grade needs to be in their seats at 6:50; Pre-K & Kindergarten needs to be in their place by the west wall at 6:55. All students need to use the restroom before they go to their assigned spots. Pre-K & Kindergarten will sit with their parents after they perform.

This week's Farmer's and Merchant's Bank "Banking on a Wildcat" goes to Jozie Latta. Jozie was nominated by the teacher's and they had this to say about her: "Jozie is a tough young lady. Watching her take on any and every task with an " I can" attitude is extremely encouraging. She is so respectful to the teachers and always says Yes sir or Yes mam. Recently she was caught giving her reward for making a 100 on a test to another student who didn't get an award. That's the Wildcat mentality we try to get our student's to catch on to and it is so awesome to see!" Congratulations, Jozie!
