Wildcat News for week of January 30, 2023

On Saturday, January 21, 2023, the 5th-6th grade academic teams competed at Vici in the Regional Academic Meet.  They lost two rounds and won one round, so they did not advance.  However, this was their first year to compete and they improved immensely and are looking forward to competing again next year.  They are coached by Melia Wheeler and Allison Kincannon.

Wednesday, February 8, 2023, will be the next Night at the Library!  It is from 5-7 p.m.  Please attend for all kinds of fun.  Beta will be taking orders for Valentine’s Day cookies and balloons.  Art Class will have stations set up to design and make class valentines - they will have designs pre-made and help kids finish them out and put the names on them.  Science Club will have a heart dissection demo set up.  Mrs. Hamil will have a Valentines themed read aloud with novel effect.  Can’t wait to see everyone there!
