BASKETBALL HOMECOMING 2025
The High School Basketball Homecoming was held on Friday, December 5, 2025. The week was an exciting and full one with the students participating in dress up days throughout the week. The Clash of the Classes was won by the Jr. Class. During the homecoming ceremonies at the basketball games, winners were crowned in each category. The mini cheerleaders worked throughout the week with the High School Cheerleaders and Emily Royal. They performed at halftime of the games and did an amazing job!

The Farmer’s and Merchant’s Bank Banking on a Wildcat for the week of December 8, 2025, goes to Ricky Morrissette. Ricky’s teachers had this to say about him: “Ricky is a hard worker who really adds to whatever conservation we are having. He is very helpful and respectful. Whenever you need help, he is always ready to volunteer. He came in late to the school year and he has fit in seamlessly with his peers. We are lucky to have Ricky at Arnett.” Congratulations!
4th graders had a fun, educational activity with Mrs. Ham in their science class. They created their own maps and then made it edible by using crackers and icing to make the different land forms. Chocolate chips worked great for mountains! This is always a favorite activity while being hands-on and educational at the same time!
