Final Summer Week Wraps Up — First Day of School Is Here!
The last quiet week of summer has come to a close, and Arnett is buzzing with excitement for the start of a brand-new school year.
On Wednesday, Miss Christy hosted the Back to School Bash at the pool, giving students one last chance to cool off, splash around, and celebrate together before classes begin. Then, on Saturday, Cunningham Peaches arrived in town. Beta Club students, school staff, and parents joined forces to unload peaches and honey, ensuring the delivery went smoothly. The Arnett Beta Club extends a heartfelt thank you to the families and community members who continue to show their support year after year.
And now—it’s finally here! The first day of school is Thursday. Teachers and staff are ready for Professional Development sessions, adding finishing touches to classrooms, and making sure everything is ready for their students.
Back-to-School Reminders:

Immunizations must be up to date for students entering Pre-K and 7th grade.
